NGS raw data files are huge, how does my data get to you?

We'll send you a disk. You can put your data on it and it will be
collected at your site and sent to Genomatix. No lengthy uploads,
no need to send data into a cloud. Just simple, quick, effortless
door-to-door delivery.

 

How do I get my results?

We'll return the disk to you fully loaded with the results. For the
"variants" and "biology complete" packages you'll get an online
account for the subsequent interpretation of your data. All the
results on the disk will be pre-loaded into the account, so you can
start to work with it right away.

 

Do I need any special software?
No, an internet connection and a browser will do. For some content

you will need Flash Player® or Java®.

 

What if I need help using the software?
Our renowned scientific support team is available to help you get the
most out of your data. Just contact them at support@genomatix-software.com
or support@genomatix.de.

 

Is my data secure?
Definitely. All analyses are solely done on our own servers. For added
security you can encrypt your data when sending it.

 

How much is it?
